Common problems in hard alloy reaming

Cemented carbide reaming tool is a common type of hole machining tool. Common problems and solutions in actual machining operations are matched. The detailed reference materials are as follows:

1. The aperture becomes larger

1. Reduce the diameter of the reamer;

2. The center of the reamer is not aligned with the center of the workpiece, adjust the concentricity of the guide hole and the reamer;

3. The radial runout of the reamer is too large, and good radial runout is the key to successful reaming;

4. There are collision scratches on the handle of the reamer;

5. When using sleeves and sleeves, the taper handle should be kept clean and free of debris;

1. The surface roughness of the cut part of the reamer is too poor;

2. Reduce the speed;

3. Ensure that the reaming allowance is correct, too large or too small will cause the surface roughness to deteriorate;

4. Make sure that the chip pocket of the reamer is sufficient to avoid blockage of chips;

5. Increase the rear angle of the cutting part of the reamer;

6. Whether there is any molten material on the cut-in part and the surface of the blade;

7. Improve the rigidity of the entire process system of machine tools, tool holders and reamers;

8. Determine whether the inverted taper of the reamer matches with the material to be processed;

9. Appropriately increase the blade width and blade back height.

Five, the processing accuracy of the hole is poor

1. When the reamer retracts, it should be pulled out while rotating in the same direction, and it must not be reversed;

2. Reduce the speed;

3. Increase the number of blades;

4. Appropriately expand the blade bandwidth to enhance the guiding performance and extrusion effect;

5. Increase lubricity through surface treatment;

6. Choose the right cutting fluid.
